The classic\u00a0Fleetwood Mac<\/strong>\u00a0lineup of\u00a0Mick Fleetwood<\/strong>,\u00a0Stevie Nicks<\/strong>,\u00a0Lindsey Buckingham,<\/strong>\u00a0Christine McVie<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0John McVie\u00a0<\/strong>reunited for the first time in six years to perform at President\u00a0Bill Clinton<\/strong>\u2019s first inauguration gala.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The band performed their classic\u00a0Rumours<\/em>\u00a0track \u201cDon\u2019t Stop,\u201d which had been used as Clinton\u2019s campaign song.<\/p>\n

Other performers at the gala included\u00a0Elton John<\/strong>,\u00a0Barbra Streisand<\/strong>,\u00a0Michael Jackson<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Aretha Franklin<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The classic Fleetwood Mac lineup would wind up reuniting again in 1997 for a live filmed concert,\u00a0The Dance<\/em>. It spawned a live album of the same name, which\u00a0debuted at #1 on the\u00a0Billboard<\/em>\u00a0charts, and an arena tour followed. The lineup continued to work together until 2018, when\u00a0Lindsey Buckingham<\/strong>\u00a0was fired from the group.<\/p>\n
