Mark Knopfler<\/strong>\u00a0is back with new music.\u00a0The\u00a0Dire Straits<\/strong>\u00a0frontman announced that he\u2019ll release his 10th studio album\u00a0One Deep River<\/em>\u00a0on April 12, and he’s\u00a0giving fans their first taste\u00a0of the record with the release of lead single \u201cAhead of the Game<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the album\u2019s description,\u00a0One Deep River<\/em>\u00a0\u201coffers an unstoppable flow of future Knopfler classics, with their customarily learned lyrics and refined guitar textures.\u201d<\/p>\n

One Deep River<\/em>\u00a0is Knopfler\u2019s first album since 2018\u2019s\u00a0Down The Road Wherever<\/em>. It will be released digitally and on CD, cassette and as a two-LP set. There\u2019s also a box set\u00a0featuring the standard CD and two-LP release, along with a bonus CD and bonus vinyl, three guitar picks, a lithograph print and more.<\/p>\n
