Former\u00a0Genesis\u00a0<\/strong>guitarist\u00a0Steve Hackett\u00a0<\/strong>has shared another track from his upcoming album,\u00a0The Circus and the Nightwhale,\u00a0<\/em>which will be released February 16.<\/p>\n

The latest is \u201cCirco Inferno.” Hackett describes it as\u00a0\u201cthe most frenzied point in this album\u2019s narrative,\u201d which includes “insistent sax, full on vocals and blistering guitar.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Circus and the Nightwhale,\u00a0<\/em>Hackett\u2019s first album of new material since 2021’s instrumental album\u00a0Under A Mediterranean Sky<\/em>, is described as an autobiographical concept album revolving around a character named Travla. It is\u00a0available for preorder<\/a>\u00a0now.<\/p>\n
