{"id":28845,"date":"2024-02-23T12:02:44","date_gmt":"2024-02-23T12:02:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lascrucestoday.com\/101gold\/autographed-peter-frampton-sound-waves-art-raising-money-for-a-good-cause\/"},"modified":"2024-02-23T12:02:44","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T12:02:44","slug":"autographed-peter-frampton-sound-waves-art-raising-money-for-a-good-cause","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lascrucestoday.com\/101gold\/autographed-peter-frampton-sound-waves-art-raising-money-for-a-good-cause\/","title":{"rendered":"Autographed Peter Frampton sound waves art raising money for a good cause"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/syndication.abcaudio.com\/files\/2024-02-22\/Getty_PeterFrampton_022224.jpg\" alt><figcaption>Dia Dipasupil\/Getty Images<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Peter Frampton<\/strong>\u2019s music has been turned into art that&#8217;s helping raise money for a good cause.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The\u00a0legendary guitarist <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C3ppsRuO7-A\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>announced<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0he has\u00a0teamed up with artist <strong>Tim Wakefield<\/strong> and the Soundwaves Art Foundation for a series of art pieces made from sound waves of his classic songs \u201cShow Me The Way\u201d and \u201cBaby I Love Your Way.\u201d A limited run of autographed copies\u00a0will be sold to aid organizations helping provide the music community with access to health care.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Proceeds from the sales will go to the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.musichealthalliance.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Music Health Alliance<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.musicares.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>MusiCares<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.porterscall.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Porter\u2019s Call<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/experienceonsite.com\/onsite-foundation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>The Onsite Foundation<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0through Gibson Guitars\u2019 charity arm, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gibsonfoundation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Gibson Gives<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Frampton&#8217;s autographed\u00a0pieces range in price from $450 to $3,200, with unsigned versions selling for $75. They are on sale now at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/soundwavesartfoundation.com\/collections\/peter-frampton\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>soundwavesartfoundation.com<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Frampton was recently nominated for induction into the Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame.
