While KISS<\/strong> retired from\u00a0touring back in December,\u00a0Paul Stanley<\/strong> and Gene Simmons<\/strong>‘\u00a0former bandmate Ace Frehley<\/strong> doesn\u2019t believe they\u2019re actually calling it quits from the road.<\/span><\/p>\n

“I\u2019m the only game in town because\u00a0KISS is supposedly retired \u2014 which I don\u2019t believe is gonna happen,\u201d Frehley tells <\/span>Billboard<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a>.<\/span><\/em>\u00a0\u201cI wouldn\u2019t be surprised if they reformed.”<\/span><\/p>\n

But until that happens, Frehley is embracing his KISS past on the road.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe added \u2018Shout It Out Loud\u2019 and \u2018Rock and Roll All Nite\u2019 because talking to people, they go \u2026 you gotta do those songs live \u2014 and I did and it went over fantastic,\u201d he said. \u201cWe ended the night with three\u00a0KISS songs\u00a0… and everybody was singing along and it was great.”<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

And while it\u2019s often felt like Frehley and his former bandmates aren\u2019t on good terms,\u00a0he insists that\u2019s not really the case.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re still friends,\u201d he says. \u201cI know a lot of people think we hate each other, but that\u2019s not true. We\u2019re just like a family, but sometimes brothers and sisters have arguments and so on. But when the s*** hits the fan, we\u2019re there for each other. I just wish them the best.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Frehley just released his new solo album,\u00a0<\/span>10,000 Volts<\/span><\/em>. Fans can catch him performing songs from that album, as well as those KISS classics, on tour this year.
