At the 27th annual Grammy Awards, Bruce Springsteen<\/strong>\u00a0took home his first ever Grammy, winning Best Rock Vocal Performance, Male for the \u201cDancing in the Dark.\u201d The track was also nominated for Record of the Year but lost to Tina Turner<\/strong>\u2019s \u201cWhat\u2019s Love Got to Do With it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The Boss also received a nomination for Album of the Year for <\/span>Born in the U.S.A<\/span><\/em>., but lost to Lionel Richie<\/strong>\u2019s <\/span>Can\u2019t Slow Down<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout his career, Springsteen has won\u00a020 Grammy Awards, with 51 nominations. His last win was in 2010 for Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance for \u201cWorking on a Dream.\u201d He was nominated in 2023 for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album for<\/span> Only the Strong Survive<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n
