On This Day, March 22, 1974 \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

Eagles<\/strong> released their fourth studio album,\u00a0<\/span>On The Border<\/span><\/em>, which was their first record to include guitarist Don Felder<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0album included such future Eagles classics as \u201cBest of My Love,\u201d sung by Don Henley<\/strong>, which was the band\u2019s first #1 hit, and \u201cAlready Gone,\u201d sung by Glenn Frey<\/strong>, which was a top 40 hit.<\/span><\/p>\n

On The Border<\/span><\/em> was a top 20 hit for the Eagles, peaking at #17, and went on to be certified double Platinum by the RIAA.<\/span><\/p>\n

Felder appeared on\u00a0four Eagles\u00a0albums before getting fired from the group in\u00a02001.<\/span><\/p>\n
