Ringo Starr<\/strong> has shared\u00a0a new song, \u201cFebruary Sky,\u201d the first single off his upcoming EP,\u00a0<\/span>Crooked Boy<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Crooked Boy <\/span><\/em>features\u00a0four original tracks, written and produced by\u00a0Linda Perry<\/strong>. Perry previously worked with Ringo on two of his\u00a0earlier\u00a0EPs, writing \u201cComing Undone\u201d for <\/span>Change the World<\/span><\/em> and \u201cEveryone and Everything\u201d for <\/span>EP3<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLinda made me a great EP \u2013 she produced it in her studio and then sent me the tracks and I added the drumming and my vocals,\u201d Ringo shares. \u201c’February Sky’ is great \u2013 very moody \u2013 but since Linda wrote these specifically for me \u2013 it of course has to have a positive peace & love element.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Crooked Boy\u00a0<\/span><\/em>is being released on limited-edition marble vinyl for Record Store Day on April 20. That will be followed by a digital release on April 26, with the\u00a0<\/span>black vinyl and CD versions<\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0dropping May 31.<\/span><\/p>\n
