{"id":29361,"date":"2024-04-24T21:02:34","date_gmt":"2024-04-24T21:02:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lascrucestoday.com\/101gold\/john-fogerty-selling-home-he-bought-from-sylvester-stallone\/"},"modified":"2024-04-24T21:02:34","modified_gmt":"2024-04-24T21:02:34","slug":"john-fogerty-selling-home-he-bought-from-sylvester-stallone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lascrucestoday.com\/101gold\/john-fogerty-selling-home-he-bought-from-sylvester-stallone\/","title":{"rendered":"John Fogerty selling home he bought from Sylvester Stallone"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/syndication.abcaudio.com\/files\/2024-04-24\/Getty_JohnFogerty_042324.jpg\" alt><figcaption> Jeff Gritchen\/MediaNews Group\/Orange County Register via Getty Images<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>John Fogerty<\/strong> is packing up and moving out of the home he recently bought from <strong>Sylvester Stallone<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fogerty purchased the 2.2-acre ranch in Los Angeles\u2019 San Fernando Valley back in October, reportedly shelling out a little over $17.2 million.\u00a0The\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/robbreport.com\/shelter\/celebrity-homes\/john-fogerty-house-los-angeles-1235588571\/#recipient_hashed=4c01f22a6a41b2092fc16cef081057dccf84876e4a079bb15540d35a61030b91&amp;recipient_salt=003e8e1d4363f02b5fb126f718ae840a43dd9e2cdb3e8541430981f0038cf293\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Robb Report<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\"> says he\u2019s now putting it back on the market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fogerty got a bit of a deal on the property, as Stallone was originally asking $22.5 million for the home, which he bought in the spring of 2022. Now Fogerty is trying to make some money\u00a0on the place, listing the home for $21.5 mil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The home is located in the gated community of Hidden Hills, home to several other stars. In addition to the main house, a guest house and a large cabana, it features a horse barn and arena for horse riding. There\u2019s also a vegetable garden and fruit-bearing trees, a private swimming pool, a fire pit area and more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">But Fogerty certainly won\u2019t be homeless. He and his wife,\u00a0<strong>Julie<\/strong>, own a 20-acre compound in the Hidden Valley community near Thousand Oakes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fogerty won&#8217;t be spending too much time at his home this summer, though. He&#8217;s set to hit the road starting June 2 in Simpsonville, South Carolina, with dates booked through September.
