In a new interview with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/planetradio.co.uk\/planet-rock\/news\/rock-news\/bon-jovi-confirm-tour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Planet Rock<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\">, he\u00a0seems to suggest he\u2019s close to getting there.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Jon\u2019s surgery and recovery are detailed in the recently released Hulu docuseries <\/span><em><span class=\"s1\">Thank You, Good Night: The Bon Jovi Story<\/span><\/em><span class=\"s1\">, but Jon says what fans see in the series covers things that happened\u00a0up to two years ago.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cIt\u2019s been a slog,\u201d he says of the recovery. \u201cNothing that I would ever wish on my worst enemy.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">But, he says, \u201cThe recovery is proceeding, it\u2019s progressing, it\u2019s getting there, and it\u2019s sort of out of your control at this point.\u201d He notes, \u201cThe good news is we\u2019re coming through it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">And when\u00a0the idea of a possible tour with the band was mentioned, Jon seemed more than hopeful.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cOh, I\u2019m not worried about it. It\u2019s gonna happen. Not tonight but very soon,\u201d he says. \u201cFor me to be in this clear a voice at 9 a.m. in the morning after eight hours of talking yesterday, it\u2019s there. It\u2019s just a matter of time now.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As fans wait for a tour, at least they&#8217;ll get to enjoy some new music.
