Paul McCartney<\/strong> has responded to one of his biggest fans from 60 years ago.<\/span><\/p>\n

To help promote his photography exhibit,\u00a0<\/span>Paul McCartney Photographs 1963-64: Eyes of the Storm,<\/span><\/em> opening at the Brooklyn Museum, McCartney\u00a0responded to a viral clip of a young fan named Adrienne<\/strong>, in which she says, \u201cand Paul McCartney if you are listening Adrienne from Brooklyn loves you with all her heart.”<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHey, Adrienne. Listen, it\u2019s Paul. I saw your video,\u201d he shared in a post <\/span>on Instagram<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 \u201cI\u2019m in Brooklyn now. I\u2019m in New York. I finally got here. We got an exhibition, a photo exhibition. Come along and see it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

He added in the caption, \u201cAnd Adrienne from Brooklyn if you are listening, Paul McCartney from Liverpool loves you too.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

According to <\/span>Rolling Stone<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a>, the clip is part of a video taken by CBS News in 1964 during The Beatles<\/strong>‘ first visit to the U.S. The mag appears to have identified Adrienne, with a woman named Nicole D\u2019Onofrio<\/strong>\u00a0saying she believes\u00a0it’s her mother.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I saw it, when I heard it, I was like, \u2018that\u2019s Mommy,\u2019\u201d Nicole said, noting she first saw the clip on TikTok and sent it to her siblings.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cIt looked like her and sounded like her, with that heavy Brooklyn accent,\u201d her brother John<\/strong> adds. \u201cWe were like, \u2018Oh my God, mommy is Adrienne from Brooklyn.\u2019\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sadly, Adrienne died of cancer in 1992 at the age of 41, but John is confident she would have been \u201cecstatic\u201d about the McCartney invite.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paul McCartney Photographs 1963-64: Eyes of the Storm<\/span><\/em> will be at the Brooklyn Museum until August 18.<\/span><\/p>\n
