Jimmy Page<\/strong> went to see The Black Crowes<\/strong> when they brought their Happiness Bastards tour to London on May 15, and the Led Zeppelin<\/strong> guitarist is giving the show rave reviews.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

In a <\/span>post on social media<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, Page shared his thoughts on the Hammersmith Apollo concert, writing, \u201cI must say, they were absolutely phenomenal.\u00a0It was so good to see brothers Rich<\/strong> and Chris Robinson<\/strong> reunited and back beyond their best.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0concert featured a guest appearance by Steven Tyler<\/strong> for a performance of Aerosmith<\/strong>‘s \u201cMama Kin,\u201d which Page said \u201cwas a thrill to watch.”<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt was all such great fun and well done to Rich, Chris and the rest of the band for such an enjoyable and thrilling performance,” he shares.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally,\u00a0Page offers, \u201cI really enjoyed my time playing with the Robinsons in the late 90s and year 2000 on the ‘Jimmy Page & The Black Crowes’ project, including our terrific ‘Live At The Greek’ release,” noting, “I\u2019d always thought the The Black Crowes were an exceptional band, I always thought brothers Rich and Chris are great performers and musicians \u2013 I still do but now even more so.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
