David Gilmour<\/strong> is set to play some solo dates later this year, and he\u2019s just given fans a sneak peek at what to expect.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

The rocker shared a\u00a0<\/span>clip of him rehearsing<\/strong><\/span><\/a> the Pink Floyd<\/strong> classic \u201cWish You Were Here\u201d with musician Ben Worsley<\/strong>, as Wesley<\/strong> the dog listens on.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gilmour is set to kick off his solo tour with a six-night stand in Rome, starting Sept. 27, followed by dates at London\u2019s Royal Albert Hall\u00a0beginning\u00a0Oct. 9. In the U.S. he\u2019ll play four shows in Los Angeles, starting Oct. 25 at the Intuit Dome, with the other three dates happening at the Hollywood Bowl. He\u2019ll wrap the tour with five nights at\u00a0New York\u2019s Madison Square Garden, starting Nov. 4.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

The tour is in support of Gilmour\u2019s new solo album,\u00a0<\/span>Luck and Strange<\/span><\/em>, which drops Sept. 6. It is his first album of new material in nine years.<\/span><\/p>\n
