Phil Collins<\/strong>\u2019 1993 solo album,\u00a0<\/span>Both Sides<\/span><\/em>, is getting a special reissue for its 30th anniversary.<\/span><\/p>\n

Both Sides (All The Sides) <\/span><\/em>will be released Sept. 20 as a deluxe-edition five-LP box set, featuring a remastered version of the original album, along with a bunch of extras.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Those extras include early demos, rarities,\u00a0single B-sides and live tracks, all of which are on vinyl for the first time. Live tracks include songs recorded during Collins\u2019 <\/span>MTV Unplugged<\/span><\/em> performance, including \u201cCan\u2019t Turn Back the Years\u201d and \u201cBoth Sides of the Story.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The set comes in a slipcase with picture sleeves and includes a 16-page booklet featuring new liner notes written by journalist Michael Hann<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Released in November 1993, <\/span>Both Sides<\/span><\/em> was Collins\u2019 fifth solo album and the follow-up to 1989’s blockbuster #1 <\/span>…But Seriously<\/span><\/em>. It was a true solo album for Collins, as he performed, wrote and produced\u00a0the album by himself at his home studio. It went to #1 in the U.K. and peaked at #13 in the U.S.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Both Sides (All The Sides)<\/span><\/em> is <\/span>available for preorder<\/strong><\/span><\/a> now.<\/span><\/p>\n

And in more Phil Collins news \u2026 a limited-edition 10-inch vinyl, <\/span>Live From the Board: Official Bootleg<\/span><\/em>, will be released for Record Store Day Black Friday on Nov. 29. The four-track EP, originally released in 1995, features songs recorded during 1994\u2019s Both Sides tour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
