Suarez\/Getty Images<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Elvis Costello<\/strong> is once again adjusting his show due to illness in his band.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The rocker announced on\u00a0his Instagram Story\u00a0that\u00a0<strong>Imposter<\/strong> bassist<strong>\u00a0Davey Faragher<\/strong> and special guest guitarist <strong>Charlie Seton<\/strong>\u00a0are still unable to take the stage, so like his show in Philadelphia on Wednesday, he\u2019ll be performing as a trio at his Friday show at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cTHIS IS AS CLOSE TO THE ATTRACTIONS AS YOU ARE EVER GOING TO GET,\u201d he writes, explaining that he\u2019ll be taking the stage with drummer <strong>Pete Thomas<\/strong> and longtime collaborator <strong>Steve Nieve<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\ufeffboth members of his previous band the <strong>Attractions<\/strong>,\u00a0\u201cfor a unique trio performance.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">He adds, \u201cTonight\u2019s show promises even more new arrangements and different song choices.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Costello explained at his Philly show that Faragher and Sexton had \u201cfallen afoul of a bad piece of fish.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">He writes in his\u00a0latest post that he hopes they \u201cwill soon return to match fitness after illness,&#8221; but adds, &#8220;you should not miss the opportunity to see E.C. and his &#8216;Attractive&#8217; cohorts in action.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Costello is currently on tour with <strong>Daryl Hall<\/strong>. After Friday\u2019s show they play Boston on Sunday.
