Grateful Dead<\/strong> fans will soon have a new opportunity to get their hands on some\u00a0one-of-a-kind\u00a0band memorabilia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Relix Marketplace and ANALOGr.com have teamed up to offer some rare and unique music collectables, starting with the sale of 19 Grateful Dead\u00a0items from the band\u2019s career post 1960.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Items up for grabs include a variety of posters,\u00a0like a “New on Warner Bros” promo poster for their 1971\u00a0<\/span>Skull and Roses <\/span><\/em>album, owned by Grateful Dead roadie Ram Rod<\/strong>, which is priced at $500, and a rare first print \u201cQuick & The Dead\u201d glow poster, priced at $22,500.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

One of the larger items is\u00a0a half-scale working model of The Dead\u2019s Wall of Sound PA speaker system,\u00a0which is being offered for $300,000.<\/span><\/p>\n

There\u2019s also a signed contract from the Grateful Dead\u2019s 1985 <\/span>Twilight Zone<\/span><\/em> TV appearance, priced at $15,000; a 1995 \u201cNorthbound Train\u201d Summer tour T-shirt for $200; a contact sheet with photos of The Dead and Bob Dylan<\/strong>\u00a0for $2,500; and a Grateful Dead logo pressing by Bob Thomas<\/strong> and Owsley Stanley\u00a0<\/strong>for $27,500.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n
