We are finally getting our first real look at Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/strong> as Bob Dylan<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>first trailer<\/strong><\/span><\/a> for the upcoming Dylan biopic <\/span>A Complete Unknown<\/span><\/em>, directed by James Mangold<\/strong>, has just been released, and not only do we get to see Chalamet as Dylan, we get to hear him sing as Dylan as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

The clip opens with Ed Norton<\/strong> as Pete Seeger<\/strong>\u00a0talking about Dylan to an audience.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLet me tell you a little story, a few months back my friend Woody Guthrie<\/strong> and I, we met a young man, he dropped in on us out of nowhere and he played us a song,\u201d Norton shares. \u201cIn that moment we got a feeling we were getting a glimpse of the future.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

As he\u2019s talking, we\u00a0see\u00a0Dylan’s back as he walks through the streets of New York, before it cuts to Dylan singing \u201cA Hard Rain\u2019s A-Gonna Fall\u201d to an audience. There are then more images of Dylan in New York, as well as clips of Elle Fanning<\/strong> as Sylvie Russo<\/strong>, and Monica Barbaro<\/strong> as Joan Baez<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

It ends with Dylan\u00a0looking up at Seeger, and saying, \u201cthat\u2019s all I got so far,” with a kid telling him, \u201cgood start,\u201d before the opening chords of \u201cLike a Rolling Stone\u201d kick in.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSet in the influential New York music scene of the early 60s,\u201d reads the film\u2019s description, \u201c<\/span>A Complete Unknown<\/span><\/em> follows 19-year-old Minnesota musician Bob Dylan’s meteoric rise as a folk singer to concert halls and the top of the charts – his songs and mystique becoming a worldwide sensation – culminating in his groundbreaking electric rock and roll performance at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

So far there\u2019s no release date for <\/span>A Complete Unknown<\/span><\/em>,\u00a0although\u00a0the description says it will be in theaters\u00a0this December.<\/span><\/p>\n
