During a promotion at Lincoln Center in New York, he created several digital portraits using an Amiga 1000 home computer, which the Warhol museum says he had originally planned to distribute but never did.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Harry revealed in her 2019 memoir that two of her portraits were printed out, one of which she owns. The other, according to the<\/span><em><span class=\"s1\"> Post<\/span><\/em><span class=\"s1\">, was gifted to Commodore digital technician <strong>Jeff Bruette<\/strong>, who taught Warhol how to use the computer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bruette, who has had the portrait in his Delaware home for the past 40 years, is now planning a private sale of the artwork, along with a Warhol autographed Amiga disc that includes 10 digital files, and it is expected to go for millions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cFrom rural Delaware, where I live, to Hollywood \u2026 Even people who knew Andy made the portrait have only ever seen a photograph of it in a magazine or online,\u201d he says. \u201cI thought it was time the world got to interact with this extraordinary artwork the way it was meant to be experienced.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As for why he\u2019s selling, he shares, \u201cParting with this collection now gives me the chance to help find it the right home.
