{"id":30142,"date":"2024-08-15T12:02:53","date_gmt":"2024-08-15T12:02:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lascrucestoday.com\/101gold\/back-in-the-u-s-a-bruce-springsteen-the-e-street-band-tour-returns-to-the-u-s\/"},"modified":"2024-08-15T12:02:53","modified_gmt":"2024-08-15T12:02:53","slug":"back-in-the-u-s-a-bruce-springsteen-the-e-street-band-tour-returns-to-the-u-s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lascrucestoday.com\/101gold\/back-in-the-u-s-a-bruce-springsteen-the-e-street-band-tour-returns-to-the-u-s\/","title":{"rendered":"Back in the U.S.A.: Bruce Springsteen &amp; The E Street Band tour returns to the U.S."},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/syndication.abcaudio.com\/files\/2024-08-14\/Getty_BruceSpringsteen_081524.jpg\" alt><figcaption> Gus Stewart\/Redferns<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">After spending the summer in Europe, <strong>Bruce Springsteen &amp; The E Street Band<\/strong> return to the U.S. Thursday, kicking off a new leg of their tour in Pittsburgh, where they\u2019ll play two nights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When Springsteen first\u00a0launched the tour in 2023, the shows featured mostly the same set list,\u00a0and\u00a0had him reflecting\u00a0on aging and loss.\u00a0While the themes of the shows have remained, during his recent European\u00a0trek\u00a0The Boss changed things up a bit, adding several tour debuts and even taking requests from the audience again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">But regardless\u00a0of what they play, E Street Band guitarist <strong>Steven Van Zandt<\/strong> tells ABC Audio getting on the stage never gets old for him and his bandmates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cIn the end, we still have a really good time doing this and our audiences are amazingly loyal,\u201d he shares. \u201cFor it to be lasting this long and to be that strong, you can&#8217;t take that for granted, man.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">He adds, \u201cYou know, we are the luckiest people in the luckiest generation ever. And we just continue to be grateful.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bruce Springsteen &amp; The E Street Band will wrap the U.S. leg of the tour with a hometown show at the Sea. Hear. Now festival in Asbury Park, New Jersey, on Sept. 15. They then head to Canada, with 2024 dates wrapping Nov. 22 in Vancouver.
