Paul McCartney<\/strong> fans are getting their first look at the upcoming documentary\u00a0<\/span>Paul McCartney and Wings \u2013 One Hand Clapping\u00a0<\/span><\/em>with the\u00a0debut of the <\/span>first trailer<\/strong><\/span><\/a> for the film,\u00a0which will be released in theaters beginning Sept. 26.<\/span><\/p>\n

The trailer features archival footage of McCartney and Wings in the studio, backed by a performance of \u201cSoily.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

The documentary follows the band during recording sessions<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>that\u00a0took place in August 1974 at Abbey Road Studios. The\u00a0sessions were for a video documentary and possible live album, although the album\u00a0itself was only recently released back in June. The doc features interviews with the band, as well as contributions from the creative team behind the album.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

It also includes the previously unreleased\u00a0<\/span>Backyard Sessions<\/span><\/em>, with footage showing McCartney performing tracks from his catalog on acoustic guitar.<\/span><\/p>\n
