Pink Floyd<\/strong>\u2019s David Gilmour<\/strong> is getting ready to hit the road on his Luck and Strange tour, but a few lucky fans in England will get to see a preview of what he’s planning.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gilmour <\/span>just announced<\/strong><\/span><\/a> he\u2019s headlining two special rehearsal concerts, an evening show on Sept. 20 and a matinee on Sept. 21, at the Brighton Centre in Brighton, England.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fans who either order or have already purchased Gilmour\u2019s recent solo album,\u00a0<\/span>Luck and Strange,<\/span><\/em> <\/span>through his website<\/strong><\/span><\/a> get first shot at tickets, which cost\u00a0less than $40\u00a0each.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gilmour\u2019s Luck and Strange tour kicks off Sept. 27 in Rome, Italy. He hits the States Oct. 25 in Los Angeles, with shows in New York to follow. A complete list of dates can be found at\u00a0<\/span>davidgilmour.com<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

And speaking of concert tickets, Gilmour just weighed in on the controversy over the high price of tickets to the upcoming Oasis<\/strong> reunion shows, specifically the practice of dynamic pricing, where tickets go up in price based on demand.<\/span><\/p>\n

After\u00a0sharing in a new <\/span>ITV<\/strong><\/span><\/a> interview that a Pink Floyd reunion wasn’t likely to happen because the three surviving members \u2014 Gilmour, Roger Waters<\/strong> and Nick Mason<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 aren’t\u00a0on\u00a0speaking terms, Gilmour was\u00a0asked about the Gallagher<\/strong> brothers’ reunion.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOasis should do what\u2019s right for them,”\u00a0he said, but noted about the ticket controversy, “Chose a ticket price and stick to it.”<\/span><\/p>\n
