Biden<\/strong>.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">After four years, a judge in New York has granted the singer a partial summary judgement, meaning Trump is liable for copyright infringement and will now have to pay Grant for damages, as well as his legal fees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The legal judgement comes just weeks after a judge issued a preliminary injunction barring the former president from playing <strong>Isaac Hayes<\/strong>\u2019 music ever again.\u00a0Hayes\u2019 estate sued over Trump\u2019s use of the Hayes-penned track \u201cHold On (I\u2019m Coming)\u201d at his rallies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2024, ABC Audio.
