Classics from The Beatles<\/strong> are being celebrated by Lucinda Williams<\/strong>, who\u2019ll release the new album\u00a0<\/span>Lucinda Williams Sings The Beatles From Abbey Road\u00a0<\/span><\/em>on Dec. 6.<\/span><\/p>\n

The album has her covering tracks the band recorded at the legendary London recording studio, with the first single released being a cover of George Harrison<\/strong>\u2019s \u201c<\/span>While My Guitar Gently Weeps<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Other covers on the album include \u201cLet It Be,\u201d \u201cDon\u2019t Let Me Down,\u201d \u201cCan\u2019t Buy Me Love,\u201d \u201cWith a Little Help from My Friends\u201d and \u201cThe Long And Winding Road.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This album is the seventh volume of Williams\u2019 Lu’s Jukebox series. Previous releases were dedicated to The<\/strong> Rolling Stones<\/strong>, Bob Dylan<\/strong>, Tom Petty<\/strong> and more.<\/span><\/p>\n
