Duran Duran<\/strong> has released their cover of the ELO<\/strong> classic \u201cEvil Woman.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The cover is one of three bonus tracks set to appear on the deluxe version of their 2023 album, <\/span>Danse Macabre, <\/span><\/em>titled<\/span>\u00a0Danse Macabre<\/span><\/em>–<\/span>DeLuxe.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The other two songs\u00a0are an instrumental called “Masque of Pink Death,” which is a spin on the title of the\u00a0Edgar Allen Poe\u00a0<\/strong>short story\u00a0<\/span>The Masque of the Red Death,<\/span><\/em> and the already released \u201cNew Moon (Dark Phase),” a\u00a0reimagining of\u00a0Duran Duran’s\u00a0<\/span>Seven and The Ragged Tiger<\/span><\/em> track \u201cNew Moon on Monday.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The original <\/span>Danse Macabre<\/span><\/em> included a mix of new songs, reimagined Duran Duran tunes and covers of songs like\u00a0Talking Heads<\/strong>‘ “Psycho Killer,”\u00a0The Rolling Stones<\/strong>‘ “Paint It Black” and\u00a0The Specials<\/strong>‘ “Ghost Town.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Danse Macabre<\/span><\/em>–<\/span>DeLuxe<\/span><\/em> will be released digitally on Friday, with a CD version dropping Oct. 25. There will also be a limited-edition vinyl box set, also released Oct. 25. It includes three LPs, one of which is a bonus LP featuring seven new tracks, including a spoken-word track called “Instructions for a Seance” recited by\u00a0Nick Rhodes<\/strong>. It is <\/span>available for preorder <\/strong><\/span><\/a>now.<\/span><\/p>\n

Duran Duran is set to kick off a new North American tour on Oct. 21 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The trek includes their Halloween Danse Macabre party, taking place Oct. 31 at New York\u2019s Madison Square Garden.
