A new class of musicians will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Saturday night in what\u2019s shaping up to be a great night of music.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s inductees include Foreigner<\/strong>,\u00a0Peter Frampton<\/strong>, Ozzy Osbourne<\/strong>, Dave Matthews Band<\/strong>, Cher<\/strong>, Kool & The Gang<\/strong>, Mary J. Blige<\/strong> and A Tribe Called Quest<\/strong>.\u00a0Jimmy Buffett<\/strong> and Dionne Warwick<\/strong>\u00a0will be inducted in the Music Excellence category; MC5<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>the late blues and R&B singer\u00a0Big Mama Thornton<\/strong>, British blues musicians\u00a0John Mayall\u00a0<\/strong>and the late\u00a0Alexis Korner<\/strong>, and Motown producer\/songwriter\u00a0Norman Whitfield<\/strong>\u00a0will be inducted in the Musical Influence category.<\/span><\/p>\n

Several of this year\u2019s inductees will perform during the ceremony, including Frampton, Foreigner, Dave Matthews Band, Kool & The Gang, Warwick and Blige, but many of them won\u2019t be alone.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Who<\/strong>\u2019s\u00a0Roger Daltrey\u00a0<\/strong>and country star\u00a0Keith Urban\u00a0<\/strong>will be on hand to celebrate Frampton, while\u00a0Sammy Hagar<\/strong>, Kelly Clarkson<\/strong> and Demi Lovato<\/strong>\u00a0will join Foreigner for a performance that will also feature Guns N\u2019 Roses\u00a0<\/strong>guitarist\u00a0Slash <\/strong>and\u00a0Red Hot Chili Peppers\u00a0<\/strong>drummer\u00a0Chad Smith<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Buffett, who passed away in September 2023, will be celebrated by\u00a0James Taylor<\/strong>,\u00a0Kenny Chesney\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Coral Reefer Band\u00a0<\/strong>member\u00a0Mac McAnally<\/strong>, while Ozzy\u2019s tribute will feature Jack Black<\/strong>, Tool<\/strong>\u2019s Maynard James Keenan<\/strong>, Chad Smith, Wolfgang Van Halen<\/strong>,\u00a0Jelly Roll<\/strong>,\u00a0Metallica<\/strong>\u2019s Robert Trujillo<\/strong>, guitarist\u00a0Zakk Wylde<\/strong>, producer\u00a0Andrew Watt<\/strong>,\u00a0Billy Idol\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Steve Stevens<\/strong>.\u00a0Cher will be celebrated by Dua Lipa<\/strong>, with Zendaya<\/strong> giving her induction speech.<\/span><\/p>\n

Other performers and presenters confirmed for the festivities include Rage Against The Machine<\/strong>‘s\u00a0Tom Morello<\/strong>, Julia Roberts<\/strong>,\u00a0Queen Latifah<\/strong>, Common<\/strong>, De La Soul<\/strong>, Busta Rhymes<\/strong>, The Roots\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Dr. Dre<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 2024 induction ceremony, taking place at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, will stream live on Disney+ at 7 p.m. ET.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n
