So we are staying home,\u201d he <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/dennis.elliott.9\/posts\/pfbid02Vgpg6gAgXp6mkGw1yVPtabF6eSwZ8Z1CWfWwoSTCz8ovRT4kfchVrgYRhwcPhMF2l\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>wrote on Facebook<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\">. \u201cWe have been asking for this for weeks, and they have waited until the very last minute to send it knowing we were all packed and going to bed. Totally unacceptable to us.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">According to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/billboard.com\/music\/rock\/foreigner-rock-hall-induction-2024-mick-jones-dennis-elliott-absent-1235804929\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Billboard<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a><span class=\"s1\">, there was an issue over the fact that spouses were not allowed to walk the red carpet with band members.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The mag\u00a0also reports that Jones\u2019 absence is being blamed on his health. He disclosed back in February that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson\u2019s disease, which was the reason why he hadn\u2019t been performing with the band on their current Farewell tour.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Foreigner singer\u00a0<strong>Lou Gramm<\/strong>, keyboardist\u00a0<strong>Al Greenwood\u00a0<\/strong>and bassist\u00a0<strong>Rick Wills <\/strong>will be attending the induction and will also be performing with <strong>Demi Lovato<\/strong>, <strong>Sammy Hagar<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kelly Clarkson<\/strong> and others.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The 2024 Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, taking place at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, will stream live on Disney+ at 7 p.m. ET.
