Envy of None<\/strong>, featuring\u00a0Rush\u00a0<\/strong>guitarist\u00a0Alex Lifeson<\/strong>, has dropped a new song timed to coincide with\u00a0Halloween.<\/span><\/p>\n

The band, which also features bassist\u00a0Andy Curran<\/strong>, guitarist\/keyboardist\u00a0Alfio Annibalini\u00a0<\/strong>and singer-songwriter\u00a0Maiah Wynne<\/strong>, released the track \u201cNot Dead Yet,\u201d along with an animated Dia De Los Muertos aka Day of the Dead\u00a0<\/span>inspired video<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The song was written by Wynne,\u00a0and the video description notes that she\u00a0describes\u00a0the tune as \u201ca cathartic anthem, one that embodies resilience and defiance against the forces that aim to tear us down.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

“You have to continue to exist, to create, and to fight,\u201d she says. \u201cThat\u2019s the heart of the song: keep going and enjoy the ride.”<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cNot Dead Yet\u201d is the first new music from Envy of None since the release of their 2023 EP,\u00a0<\/span>That Was Then, This Is Now<\/span><\/em>. They are currently in the studio, with a new album expected in spring 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n
