Graham Nash<\/strong> recently\u00a0told <\/span>Rolling Stone<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> that\u00a0he didn\u2019t think he\u2019d ever\u00a0perform\u00a0with his former bandmates Stephen Stills<\/strong> and Neil Young<\/strong>\u00a0again now that David Crosby<\/strong> is gone, and it sounds like Stills kind of agrees.<\/span><\/p>\n

While promoting the new Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young<\/strong> archival live release, <\/span>Live at the Fillmore East<\/span><\/em>, <\/span>1969<\/span><\/em>, <\/span>Variety<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> asked whether the three of them would\u00a0reunite, and he\u00a0suggested that he didn\u2019t think it would be right.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWell, would we, and\u00a0<\/span>should\u00a0<\/span><\/em>we, you know?\u201d he said. \u201cBecause David was such an integral part …\u00a0<\/span>everybody\u00a0<\/span><\/em>was an integral part of it. I mean, Graham was just as creative vocally as David.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cBut it\u2019s just the physiology of it. My little rasp, and Graham\u2019s Celtic keen, as I call it, and David\u2019s warm little undertones just made for a magic that can\u2019t be duplicated,” he added.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stills\u00a0did suggest one reason he\u2019d be open to a reunion, noting, \u201c[T]he election might be an excuse. I would do that for Kamala Harris<\/strong>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOtherwise, it\u2019s a Pyrrhic exercise \u2014 it\u2019s never gonna be quite the same,\u201d\u00a0he said. \u201cSo, I don\u2019t know. I\u2019m obviously at loose ends on what I\u2019m gonna do next anyway, because I\u2019m getting bored. So I\u2019ve gotta get out there and do something.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
