Ringo Starr<\/strong> is sharing another preview of his upcoming country album, <\/span>Look Up.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The\u00a0Rock & Roll Hall of Famer\u00a0just released the new song \u201c<\/span>Thankful<\/strong><\/span><\/a>,\u201d featuring Alison Krauss<\/strong>, a tune Starr co-wrote with his producer\/engineer\u00a0Bruce Sugar<\/strong>. It is available now via\u00a0<\/span>digital outlets<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI love this track … I feel we put an LA country sound to it,\u201d Ringo shares. \u201cFor the lyrics, I always like to focus on the positive, and for this song in particular, about what we can be thankful for.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

He adds, \u201cI hope it brings you some joy and peace and love.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

This is the second single Ringo has shared from <\/span>Look Up,<\/span><\/em> following \u201cTime On My Hands.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Look Up,\u00a0<\/span><\/em>produced by\u00a0T Bone Burnett<\/strong>, will be released Jan. 10 and is <\/span>available for preorder<\/strong><\/span><\/a> now. Ringo plans to celebrate the release with two shows at Nashville\u2019s Ryman Auditorium, billed as Ringo Starr & Friends. The shows are happening Jan. 14 and Jan. 15.<\/span><\/p>\n
