{"id":30866,"date":"2024-11-16T00:02:59","date_gmt":"2024-11-16T00:02:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lascrucestoday.com\/101gold\/paul-stanley-open-to-one-off-kiss-shows\/"},"modified":"2024-11-16T00:02:59","modified_gmt":"2024-11-16T00:02:59","slug":"paul-stanley-open-to-one-off-kiss-shows","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lascrucestoday.com\/101gold\/paul-stanley-open-to-one-off-kiss-shows\/","title":{"rendered":"Paul Stanley open to one-off KISS shows"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/syndication.abcaudio.com\/files\/2024-11-15\/M_KISS_051623.png\" alt><figcaption>ABC\/Tsuni<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">While <strong>KISS<\/strong> may have said goodbye to the road in 2023, <strong>Paul Stanley<\/strong> says it doesn\u2019t necessarily mean we will never see the band play live again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In a new interview with the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delcotimes.com\/2024\/11\/15\/rock-music-menu-rocker-paul-stanley-finds-home-in-world-of-art\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Daily Times<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a><em><span class=\"s1\">,<\/span><\/em><span class=\"s1\"> Stanley says he\u2019d be open to playing with his bandmates again for some kind of one-off performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cAnything\u2019s possible,\u201d he says. \u201cKISS is so far from over, though KISS as we know it is done. But, having our hands and our ideas and our fingers in what KISS continues as makes all the sense in the world.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">He adds, \u201cSo, I look forward to whatever comes next without knowing what comes next. But I\u2019m open to it all.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In the meantime, Stanley is focusing on his art; he\u2019ll be making appearances at Wentworth Gallery locations in Atlantic City and Short Hills,\u00a0 New Jersey, on Friday and Saturday, respectively. He\u2019s also getting ready to play again with his soul\/oldies side project <strong>Soul Station<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cWe\u2019re just lining up shows and tours now nationally and internationally,\u201d he says. \u201cIt\u2019s financially daunting to take a band of that size out, but selfishly, it\u2019s so rewarding for me because those songs mean so much to me.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2024, ABC Audio.
