Former J. Geils Band<\/strong> frontman Peter Wolf<\/strong> is the latest musician revealing\u00a0his story on the page.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rocker, best known for such songs as \u201cFreeze Frame\u201d and \u201cCenterfold,\u201d has written his first-ever memoir, <\/span>Waiting on the Moon: Artists, Poets, Drifters Grifters and Goddesses<\/span><\/em>,\u00a0which will be released March 11.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to\u00a0a press release, in the book Wolf will share \u201ca treasure trove of vignettes, musings and recollections of his fascinating life during his six decades long career,\u201d\u00a0with\u00a0each chapter reading \u201cas its own short story.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

In addition to his early life, career and time with the J. Geils Band, the book also promises to delve into his marriage to actress Faye Dunaway<\/strong> in the ’70s.<\/span><\/p>\n

Waiting on the Moon<\/span><\/em> is described as \u201can enchanting and revealing glimpse through lyrical snapshots of artists, writers, actors, and musicians as they work\u2014the creative forces that drive them to achievement; the demons they battle; and the patterns of their human relationships.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
