Roger Daltrey<\/strong>\u00a0seems mighty impressed by a youth\u00a0band’s\u00a0cover of\u00a0The Who<\/strong>‘s classic tune \u201cBaba O\u2019Riley.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame, a nonprofit focusing on youth music education, just shared video <\/span>on TikTok<\/strong><\/span><\/a> of Daltrey singing the praises of the Central Pennsylvania Youth All-Star Band, who covered the tune in a <\/span>video posted<\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0a little over\u00a0a year ago.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI have just seen the most amazing video of the Central Pennsylvania All-Star Band playing \u2018Baba O\u2019Riley,\u2019 and I\u2019m gonna tell you I am really impressed,\u201d Daltrey says in the TikTok clip. \u201cThe way it\u2019s filmed is really good, but the music you\u2019re playing and the characters in it are all, every one of you, your personalities are coming out, you\u2019re singing from the heart and it shows.” He adds, “It’s wonderful … and I loved it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame posted the “Baba O\u2019Riley\u201d video back in August 2023, and it has since been viewed over 50,000 times. Based on the video’s recent comments, Daltrey’s video has\u00a0attracted\u00a0a new group of fans to the clip.<\/span><\/p>\n
