Phil Collins<\/strong> landed at #1 on the <\/span>Billboard<\/span><\/em> Hot 100 with \u201cAnother Day in Paradise,\u201d from his #1 album <\/span>\u2026But Seriously.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The song, which spent four weeks on top of the chart, highlighted the problem of homelessness, and the video featured Collins singing, cut with images of the homeless, refugees and children living in poverty.<\/span><\/p>\n

The track, Collins\u2019 seventh and final solo #1 single, was nominated for four Grammy Awards and picked up the trophy for Record of the Year.<\/span><\/p>\n

David Crosby<\/strong> sang backup on the tune and performed the\u00a0song\u00a0with Collins at the 1991 Grammy Awards. That performance was included on\u00a0the 1994 album\u00a0<\/span>Grammy’s Greatest Moments Volume I<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n
