It will feature\u00a0nine new tracks, including a tune called \u201cDrink From The Same Well,\u201d which is almost 17 minutes long.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The band is offering their first preview of the record with the release of the album\u2019s title track and an <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ykYSRn6X03g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>accompanying video<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\">, directed by\u00a0<strong>Costin Chioreanu<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Jethro Tull\u2019s <strong>Ian Anderson<\/strong> began work on <\/span><em><span class=\"s1\">Curious Ruminant<\/span><\/em><span class=\"s1\"> not long after the release of the band\u2019s 2023 album <\/span><em><span class=\"s1\">R\u00f6kFl\u00f6te<\/span><\/em><span class=\"s1\">, writing brand new songs and using some unfinished instrumental demos recorded years ago.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Joining Anderson on\u00a0the album is former Jethro Tull keyboardist <strong>Andrew Giddings<\/strong> and drummer <strong>James Duncan<\/strong>, as well as current band members <strong>David Goodier<\/strong>, <strong>John O&#8217;Hara<\/strong>\u00a0and<strong>\u00a0Scott Hammond<\/strong>, and guitarist <strong>Jack Clark<\/strong>, who is making his recording debut with the band.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em><span class=\"s1\">Curious Ruminant<\/span><\/em><span class=\"s1\"> will be released in a variety of formats, including CD, vinyl and transparent grape vinyl.
