Always have. He\u2019s a great artist,\u201d Neil wrote on his <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/m.neilyoungarchives.com\/news\/1\/article?id=A%20Complete%20Unknown\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Archives website<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\">. \u201cOnce he was on my bus and I didn\u2019t recognize him and threw him off but that\u2019s another story.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As for the film, which stars <strong>Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/strong> as Dylan, Neil writes, \u201cThis movie is a great tribute to his life and music. I think if you love Bob\u2019s music you should see this great movie. I loved it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">While Neil gave the film a thumbs-up after seeing the flick, Dylan also threw his support behind the film without having seen it. In December he posted his thoughts on social media, sharing, \u201cTimmy\u2019s a brilliant actor so I\u2019m sure he\u2019s going to be completely believable as me. Or a younger me. Or some other me.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em><span class=\"s1\">A Complete Unknown, <\/span><\/em><span class=\"s1\">which is in theaters now, follows a 19-year-old Dylan as he arrives in New York from Minnesota and tracks his rise as a folk singer during the &#8217;60s, ending with his electric rock &#8216;n&#8217; roll performance at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2025, ABC Audio.
