As you all may know, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin\u2019s lymphoma several years ago,\u201d he\u00a0wrote\u00a0on Def Leppard\u2019s Instagram page. \u201cI recently had a bone marrow transplant as part of my treatment plan, and it\u2019s safe to say that thus far it\u2019s been a very successful transplant!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just have to keep my head down and my spirits up for the next 100 days of primary recovery,\u201d he added, signing the post \u201cA very happy Viv!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While\u00a0Campbell was replaced at the Mexico show by <strong>Phil Collen&#8217;<\/strong>s guitar tech <strong>John Zocco<\/strong>, it looks like he\u2019ll have plenty of time to recover and make the next one.
