Cox\u2019s then wife <strong>Melinde Kendell<\/strong> used the term in conversation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInstant Karma,\u201d Lennon\u2019s third solo single, wound up being a hit for the rocker, peaking at #3 on the <em>Billboard<\/em> Hot 100.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2025, ABC Audio.
