Traffic<\/strong>\u2019s Dave Mason<\/strong> is set to release his 21st studio album, A Shade of Blues<\/em>, on March 21, and he\u2019s just\u00a0shared\u00a0a new single from the record.<\/p>\n

The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer has released\u00a0“Use It, Or Lose It<\/strong><\/a>” featuring Joe Bonamassa<\/strong> on lead guitar, with the two artists sharing vocals on the song.<\/p>\n

\u201cI’ve been fortunate to play alongside some of the greatest guitarists\u2014Jimi Hendrix<\/strong> among them,\u201d Mason shares. \u201cTo now collaborate with a powerhouse like Joe Bonamassa, a torchbearer for the next generation, is a thrill. You can feel that energy in the music and I think it truly shines.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 11-track A Shade of Blues<\/em>, which Mason\u2019s been working on for over a decade, also features guest appearances by The Doobie Brothers<\/strong>\u2019 Michael McDonald<\/strong>, keyboardist Mike Finnigan<\/strong> and more.<\/p>\n
