Farmers and Crafts Market to Host Christmas Eve Market

The Farmers and Crafts Market of Las Cruces is excited to announce a special Christmas Eve market from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24, 2021, on Main Street in downtown Las Cruces.

A festive winter-holiday Market on Main Street Downtown is anticipated. Main Street, from Bowman Avenue to the roundabout near City Hall, will be closed from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. on December 24.

The market will switch days, to Friday from Saturday. in observance of the Christmas holiday on Saturday, December 25. The market will be closed on Saturday Jan. 1, 2022, for New Year’s Day.

During the Christmas Eve Market, shoppers will be able to buy last-minute holiday gifts, enjoy delicious food, wear ugly sweaters, and, of course, visit with Santa! A special visit from Santa will happen in front of the Rio Grande Theatre beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Santa has lots of work to do on Christmas Eve, so he will return to the North Pole at 12:30 p.m. Bring your kids – fur kids count too – to take pictures!
