Gallup Man Pleads Guilty in 12th DWI Conviction

A 44-year-old Gallup man pleaded guilty to various charges, including DWI and possession of a firearm by a felon, resulting in a 10 year prison sentence. Maynard Miller agreed to plead guilty under agreement with prosecutors, leading to his 12th total DWI conviction. District Judge Robert Aragon stated that he felt both sympathy and relief for Miller now that he would be off the street, also mentioning that Miller was lucky to be alive.
