It seems like Lady Gaga‘s new music is making people forget that whole Joker thing.

On Instagram, Gaga thanked her fans for their positive reaction to “Disease,” the first taste of her upcoming album, which for now is being referred to as LG7. “I honestly am trying to find the right words to say–I have been so excited to release my new music and to see all the monsters come alive and dance and perform and smile and cry is such an insane joy,” she wrote.

“I’m so grateful and overwhelmed at your love for ‘Disease.’ Keep dancing. There’s a LOT more to come,” she continued. “I haven’t seen our community like this in a very long time. Thank you for coming on this ride w me all these years and still showing up for the music.”

She closed with, “also…happy Halloween.” Some fans took this as a sign that Gaga would release the video for “Disease” on Oct. 31 … or perhaps the morning of Nov. 1.

LG7 was originally reported to be coming out in February, but when “Disease” dropped, her record company said it was slated for spring 2025. As previously reported, Gaga’s fiancé, Michael Polansky, encouraged her to make LG7 a pop album. He also co-wrote “Disease” with her, Andrew Watt and producer Cirkut.
