The track samples\u00a0<strong>Dean Martin<\/strong>\u2019s \u201cSway,\u201d which Michael first covered over 20 years ago on his debut album,\u00a0<em>BaBalu<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMichael\u2019s music has been a major part of my life. So, I played him \u2018Spicy Margarita\u2019, and he jumped on it immediately,\u201d Jason said in a statement. \u201cHis version was unbelievable. It was exactly what I envisioned. It has a Latin feel with a little Brazilian funk. I\u2019m really excited for everyone to hear it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Michael said the root of what he loves to do fits perfectly with what Jason is creating musically.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMixing the old school standards with a more modern pop sound was only a matter of time, and I knew if anyone was going to get it, it would be Jason,\u201d Michael said. \u201cRight away I was excited, and then I listened to the demo and was blown away. I\u2019m thrilled for everyone to finally hear \u2018Spicy Margarita\u2019 and hope you love it as much as we do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jason first announced the collaboration when he revealed the extensive list of guest stars on his upcoming record,\u00a0<em>Nu King<\/em>, out on February 16.
