{"id":117835,"date":"2024-06-06T03:03:34","date_gmt":"2024-06-06T03:03:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lascrucestoday.com\/magic\/2024\/06\/06\/jon-bon-jovi-not-opposed-to-a-bon-jovi-avatar-show\/"},"modified":"2024-06-06T03:03:34","modified_gmt":"2024-06-06T03:03:34","slug":"jon-bon-jovi-not-opposed-to-a-bon-jovi-avatar-show","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lascrucestoday.com\/magic\/2024\/06\/06\/jon-bon-jovi-not-opposed-to-a-bon-jovi-avatar-show\/","title":{"rendered":"Jon Bon Jovi not opposed to a Bon Jovi avatar show"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/syndication.abcaudio.com\/files\/2024-06-05\/M_JonBonJoviABC_070524_0.jpg\" alt><figcaption>Disney\/Chris Willard<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Jon Bon Jovi<\/strong>\u00a0has said he\u2019s not sure when, or if, <strong>Bon Jovi<\/strong> will ever tour again, as he\u2019s waiting to fully recover from vocal surgery, but it sounds like he isn\u2019t opposed to fans experiencing\u00a0Bon Jovi&#8217;s\u00a0music in a whole different way.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In a new interview with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/bon-jovi-interview-illness-new-album-forever-were-not-dead-yet-3761667\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/bon-jovi-interview-illness-new-album-forever-were-not-dead-yet-3761667\"><em><span class=\"s1\">NME<\/span><\/em><\/a><span class=\"s1\">, Jon was asked how he felt about the band\u00a0doing an <strong>ABBA<\/strong>-esque avatar show, and he seems open to the idea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cI\u2019m not opposed to it because to me, it\u2019s a jukebox,\u201d Jon said. \u201cIt\u2019s no different than people listening to your music on the radio.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In the meantime, Jon says he\u2019s \u201cstriving every day to get better&#8221; so the band can tour again, but if he never gets back to 100% and it doesn&#8217;t happen, he\u2019ll learn to live with it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cOne thing I do know is that when I lay my head on the pillow after the decision has been made, one way or the other, there will be 100 percent confidence in the decision,\u201d he says. \u201cBeing in a rock band is never going to feel safe.
