Bon Jovi<\/strong> is in a battle for #1 in the U.K.<\/span><\/p>\n

The band\u2019s new album, <\/span>FOREVER<\/span><\/em>, is currently the front-runner to top the <\/span>U.K. Official Album<\/strong><\/span><\/a> chart, which would make it the New Jersey rockers\u2019 sixth U.K. #1.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

But while Bon Jovi is currently leading the race,\u00a0they’re facing some stiff competition from Charli XCX<\/strong>\u2019s new album,\u00a0<\/span>BRAT<\/span><\/em>, which as of Tuesday is only 1,300 chart units behind <\/span>FOREVER<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

If Bon Jovi’s\u00a0album indeed\u00a0nabs the top spot, it will be\u00a0their first\u00a0U.K. #1 since 2000\u2019s <\/span>Crush<\/span><\/em>. They first landed on\u00a0the top of the chart with 1988\u2019s <\/span>New Jersey,\u00a0<\/span><\/em>which was followed by\u00a01992\u2019s <\/span>Keep The<\/span><\/em> Faith, the 1994 greatest hits album\u00a0<\/span>Cross Road<\/span><\/em>\u00a0and 1995\u2019s <\/span>These Days<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n
