Like, \u2018I love this human so much. How can I possibly bring someone else into this?\u2019\u201d she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wmagazine.com\/culture\/hailey-bieber-pregnant-cover-interview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>tells <\/strong><em><strong>W<\/strong><\/em><strong> magazine<\/strong><\/a>. &#8220;I\u2019m trying to soak in these days of it being Justin and me, just the two of us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hailey also tells <em>W<\/em>\u00a0she could have kept her pregnancy hidden and just avoided any kind of public scrutiny, but, &#8220;I didn\u2019t enjoy the stress of not being able to enjoy my pregnancy outwardly. I felt like I was hiding this big secret, and it didn\u2019t feel good. I wanted the freedom to go out and live my life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Still, she reveals she works with a therapist to deal with what<em> W<\/em> refers to as the &#8220;negative scrutiny she receives on a daily basis.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;People have made me feel so bad about my relationship since day one. \u2018Oh, they\u2019re falling apart. They hate each other. They\u2019re getting divorced.\u2019 It\u2019s like people don\u2019t want to believe that we\u2019re happy,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p>She adds, &#8220;I used to try to act like it hurts less and less. I\u2019ve tried to think that you get used to it at a certain point. &#8230; But I realize that it doesn\u2019t actually ever hurt any less.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As for her actual pregnancy, Hailey reveals she had terrible morning sickness in her first trimester, but now feels fine. She&#8217;s doing strength training and eating a high-protein diet \u2014 sometimes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I just listen to whatever the baby wants,&#8221; she says. &#8220;If the baby wants pizza one day, we\u2019re doing pizza.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2024, ABC Audio.
