Stevie Nicks<\/strong> appears to have been inspired by Taylor Swift<\/strong>\u2019s <\/span>recent social media post<\/strong><\/span><\/a> endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris<\/strong> for president.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Fleetwood Mac<\/strong>\u00a0singer has shared her own thoughts on the upcoming election, posting a photo that mirrored Taylor\u2019s photo with her cat, except Stevie is posing with her dog.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cAs my friend\u00a0<\/span>@taylorswift<\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0so eloquently stated, now is the time to research and choose the candidate that speaks to you and your beliefs,\u201d Stevie shared.<\/span><\/p>\n

While\u00a0Stevie didn\u2019t outright endorse any candidate in her post, she urged her followers to make their voices heard.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOnly 54 days left until the election,” she wrote. “Make sure you are registered to vote! Your vote in this election may be one of the most important things you ever do.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

And like Taylor, who signed her post \u201cChildless Cat Lady,\u201d Stevie signed hers \u201cChildless Dog Lady.” Both are references to <\/span>past comments made<\/strong><\/span><\/a> by Republican vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stevie and Taylor have been supporters of each other for years. Back in July, during her show in Dublin that Stevie attended, Taylor\u00a0called\u00a0the two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Famer\u00a0“a hero of mine,” then performed her song “Clara Bow” off\u00a0<\/span>The Tortured Poets Department<\/span><\/em>, which name-checks\u00a0Stevie\u00a0in the lyrics.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stevie showed her appreciation for the song by writing a poem, “For T – and me …,” that’s included in\u00a0<\/span>The Tortured Poets Department.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
