This year, the ceremony will take place Nov. 10 in Manchester, England, but the leading nominee is the same.<\/p>\n<p>For the second year in a row,\u00a0<strong>Taylor Swift\u00a0<\/strong>has\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtvema.com\/vote\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>seven nominations for the EMAs<\/strong><\/a>, including Best Artist, Best U.S. Act, Best Video, Best Live and Best Collaboration for &#8220;Fortnight.&#8221; In September, Taylor won seven VMAs, tying her with\u00a0<strong>Beyonc\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>as the most-awarded artist in VMA history.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sabrina Carpenter <\/strong>has five nominations. Other nominees include<strong> Dua Lipa<\/strong> for Best Pop and Best U.K. &amp; Ireland Act;<strong> Lady Gaga<\/strong> and <strong>Bruno Mars<\/strong>&#8216; duet &#8220;Die With a Smile&#8221; for Best Collaboration;<strong> Benson Boone<\/strong>&#8216;s &#8220;Beautiful Things&#8221; for Best Song; Benson and <strong>Teddy Swims<\/strong> for Best New; <strong>Teddy Swims<\/strong> for Best PUSH; <strong>Hozier<\/strong> for Best Alternative and Best U.K. &amp; Ireland Act; <strong>Bon Jovi<\/strong> for Best Rock; and <strong>Adele<\/strong> for Best Live, thanks to her groundbreaking series of shows in Munich, Germany, this summer.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be able to watch the EMAs Nov. 12 on Paramount+.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2024, ABC Audio.
