They both feature a chart-topping singer who changes clothes a lot, but other than that, the movie Wicked <\/em>and the Eras Tour wouldn’t seem to have much in common. But Nikki Glaser<\/strong>, the Taylor Swift<\/strong> superfan who on Dec. 8 will become the first woman ever to host the Golden Globes solo, begs to differ.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Variety<\/em><\/a> about who and what she plans to poke fun at during her monologue on Sunday night’s show, Glaser says, “Wicked<\/em> is the one that we\u2019re really trying to nail. It has that Eras Tour energy \u2014 I want to respect the fandom and not trash it, because as a Swiftie, there is no joke you can make about Taylor Swift that is O.K. to me. I relate to people who love Wicked<\/em> that much.”<\/p>\n

Glaser, who saw the Eras Tour 22 times, says she regrets not hosting the Globes last year, when Taylor was in the audience. However, she notes, “I\u2019m hoping this turns into a gig that I can do multiple times, and I can perform for her, because I\u2019ve watched her<\/em> so many times.”<\/p>\n
