Hozier<\/strong>‘s “Too Sweet” may have been his first #1 hit, but now it’s gotten perhaps an even more prestigious honor: getting covered by Kelly Clarkson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0American Idol<\/em> winner and pop star put her spin on “Too Sweet” for the latest Kellyoke<\/a> segment on her talk show,\u00a0The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em>.<\/p>\n

“I love that song so much,” Clarkson said of “Too Sweet.” “It’s probably just one of the reasons\u00a0[Hozier] was invited as one of\u00a0SNL<\/em>‘s final musical guests of 2024. The other reason is he’s just bada**, he’s so cool, I love him.”<\/p>\n

Hozier performed “Too Sweet”<\/a> on the Dec. 21 episode of\u00a0Saturday Night Live<\/em>, along with a cover of The Pogues<\/strong>‘ “Fairytale of New York.”<\/a><\/p>\n
