He didn&#8217;t elaborate.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to performing their 1999 <em>Millennium<\/em> album in full, the shows will feature some of their greatest hits, as well as the group&#8217;s new single, &#8220;Hey.&#8221; \u201cDie hard [sic] fans are going to get a great experience, a great nostalgic moment,\u201d says AJ.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Howie Dorough<\/strong> adds that while working on the set list, \u201c[We were] reminiscing about some of the songs like \u2018The Perfect Fan\u2019 and \u2018No One Else Comes Close to You\u2019 [and \u2018Spanish] Eyes,\u2019 which are songs that the fans probably haven\u2019t heard since the\u00a0<em>Millennium\u00a0<\/em>tour.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The<em> Into the Millennium<\/em> residency starts July 11 and will run for 12 shows, wrapping on Aug. 3. The general\u00a0sale begins\u00a0Friday at 9 a.m. PT.<\/p>\n<p>Backstreet Boys will be the first pop act to play at the Sphere, which has already hosted <strong>U2<\/strong>, <strong>Phish<\/strong>, the <strong>Eagles<\/strong> and <strong>Dead &amp; Company<\/strong>. As for who they&#8217;d like to see perform there, <strong>Kevin Richardson<\/strong> tells <em>Billboard<\/em> he&#8217;d pick <strong>Coldplay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2025, ABC Audio.
